Abstract
Lung cancer is the most common cancer around the world and the main cause of cancer death (18.4% of total cancer deaths). Early diagnosis and early treatment can effectively reduce the mortality of lung cancer.Respiratory analysis has been a hot topic in the early diagnosis of lung cancer in recent years.It can provide rapid, non-invasive, real-time and high-sensitivity disease diagnosis and metabolic status monitoring.In this review, the advantages and disadvantages of various breath analysis methods and the sampling methods were analyzed, and the number of biomarkers in the study was summarized.It is expected to provide a reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer for breath analysis.
