Abstract
The spectral properties of tetracyanoethylene triphenylphosphine oxide complex were investigated. The reaction mechanism was studied deeply, and the luminescent properties were explored through fluorescence spectroscopy, UV spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The experimental results showed that under certain conditions, the triphenylphosphine oxide with tetracyanoethylene can form stable charge transfer complex.
