Abstract
The emission spectrum and the decay time of CuCl under the resonant two-photon excitation were observed using a tunable picosecond dye laser. The Raman process was separated from the luminescence process by observing their different decay. The phase modulation of the excitonic molecule, the longitudinal exciton and the transverse exciton are estimated.
