Abstract
AbstractA novel polyimide‐based black resin with optical density greater than 3 at 1 μm or less film thickness has been developed. This patternable system, suitable for various display applications, provides high heat and light stability, superior chemical resistance and long shelf life. It offers environmental safety and low cost.
