Abstract
This paper takes Ali yun as a case, deeply discusses the importance and implementation path of low carbon operation strategy of data center in cloud computing environment, summarizes the current situation of data center energy consumption and its impact on environment, and points out the necessity of low carbon operation. The paper discusses in detail the specific design of low-carbon data center operation strategies, including infrastructure optimization, server hardware selection, virtual machine management, data storage and transmission optimization, and carbon footprint tracking and monitoring. The article also highlights the key role of establishing industry standards, certification systems, technical training, knowledge sharing, and policy support and incentives in promoting low-carbon operational strategies. The article emphasizes the importance of multi-party collaboration and joint efforts to achieve the green transformation of data centers and the sustainable development of the digital world.
