Abstract

Aiming at the low power supply voltage of 12 V and 24 V, low-salience and low-speed performance of parts such as water pumps and fans in the automotive field, to improve the accuracy of angle and speed identification, a sensorless control strategy based on the high-frequency square-wave injection is introduced. The control and angle signals are demodulated by two consecutive samples at the adjacent times, which effectively avoids the use of filters, greatly improves the bandwidth of double closed-loop control, simplifies the signal demodulation process, and carries out verification and analysis through the MATLAB/Simulink simulation model.
