Abstract
A low profile oversized rectangular waveguide plannar antenna in Ka band is presented. The quasi-TEM wave is generated by corporate feeding network, which broadens the working bandwidth. The antenna consists of several stacked dielectric substrates fed with quasi-TEM wave, which lead to a simple and low profile structure. The simulated results show that the antenna achieves a good impedence bandwidth and high efficiency.
