Abstract

Structure state diagrams for ionic crystals with NaCl-type lattices indicate the presence of at least two types of cellular dislocation structures not contributing to local lattice misorientation. In this work, generalized data are presented concerning these low-energy dislocation structures. The ways of their formation and properties are considered from the viewpoint of dislocation wall structure analysis, simulation of dislocation array formation dynamics, thermal stability of similar structures and work hardening.
