Abstract
Se examinan los principios de la contratacion publica presentes en el Acuerdo de Asociacion celebrado entre Chile y la Union Europea. La igualdad de los oferentes, la transparencia y libre concurrencia son principios que determinan el Acuerdo y pretenden garantizar contrataciones publicas ajustadas a derecho.
