Abstract
El presente artículo tiene por objeto identificar, sistematizar y exponer los instrumentos normativos aplicables para la conservación directa e indirecta del régimen hidrológico de los humedales urbanos, en el contexto de la Ley Nº 21.202 de 2020 y de la Ley Nº 21.435 de 2022, que reformó al Código de Aguas, concentrándose principalmente en este último cuerpo normativo que es el que principalmente regula la explotación del agua en Chile.
