Abstract
We have carried out a phytosociological study of the thermophilous serial shrublands of the Valencian area (Spain), this is supported by an accompanying synthesis of the bioclimatic and dynamic relationships of the region. The shrubland investigated can be divided into four major groups. This present report includes the attached distribution maps and we have constructed flowsheets and a floristic key, which will aid in the rapid and sample identification of the various associations
