Abstract
The appeal to the Highest Court of Cordoba Province, in the labor courts, went away from the traditional model which defines it as an extraordinary procedural remedy, limited to reviewing final judgments, to provide guarantees of access to justice and the right of defense. Thus, it concretes the recognition of the right to a double comprehensive and integral analysis, in compliance with the Constitution and international agreements incorporated by the Nation. Therefore, the scope of review, at present, covers everything that has been the subject of judgment, including issues relating to the facts and evidence.
