Abstract

The docummentary production from the Hispanic low-medieval chancilleries and the Habsbourgs’s councils is considered the object of study of this article from the point of view of the docummentary series formation as well as sources for the investigation which was the origin of the docummentary production for the generation archives files such as the registers from the catalanoaragonesa chancillerie (in the Aragon Crown Archive), the general register from the seal court of Castilla Crown, or also the calfskin books which can be found in the Clerical Section from the Historical National Archive or in the tax-free funds from the Provincial Historical Archives
