Abstract
The present article contains a concise advance of investigation, considerating some expressions about abortions from the late medieval Hispanic literature ( century XII-XV), which have one objet: to show different abortions methods from that period of time.The literature testimonies which are used like source for History, are the real piece of work in this time investigation because it permits to deduce laws and theology underlying in the gestation and abortions process, real ambit and sincere politic argument authority.
