Abstract

This article presents experience with and background information on Looking Glass, Inc., an in-basket business simulation from the Center for Creative Leadership. It begins with an overview of the simulation which is followed by a description of its implementation in a business management course. Findings and learning outcomes are discussed. The article concludes with recommendations to maximize effectiveness of the simulation and a review of its attendant problems and benefits.
