Abstract

Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) shrinkage after endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) is a marker of successful exclusion. We anecdotally noted that pronounced sac regression was associated with a stable aneurysm for long periods. We aimed to identify a subset of patients whose frequency of follow-up after EVAR could be safely modified.
