The Doppler-estimated peak systolic tricuspid regurgitant pressure gradient (TRPG) is a representative noninvasive method for the evaluation of pulmonary artery systolic pressure, which can be a determinant of adverse outcomes in chronic heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
