Abstract
Warehouse management system může plně využivat zdroje a dokaže zajistit efektivni skladovou logistiku. Cilem clanku je ukazat výhody a nevýhody warehouse management systemu ve vybranem podniku, který je zaměřen na poskytovani logistických služeb. Clanek může přinest nový inovativni přistup ke skladovani a představuje, jak může logistický podnik snižit naklady na logistiku. Tento přistup zahrnuje sniženi nakladů na zřizeni, provoz a uspory v celkovem hodnoceni implementace warehouse management systemu. Inovativni warehouse management system bude prokazan jako připadova studie, ktera je klasifikovana jako kvalitativni vědecka metoda. Clanek vychazi z výzkumu světove literatury, analýzy vnitřnich logistických procesů, dat a nakonec podnikových dokumentů. Clanek analyzuje naklady spojene s personalnimi naklady, s naklady na manipulacni zařizeni a s naklady spojenými s identifikaci materialu. Zavedeni warehouse management system sniži celkove logisticke naklady skladovani a rozsiři warehouse management system na dalsi casti logistickeho řetězce.

At present time companies try to minimize the costs of logistics. The concept of warehousing is very closely linked to logistics and distribution. Warehousing addresses many crucial issues, inventory levels, ordering cycles, warehouse equipment and their spatial distribution, distribution of warehouse and inventory management. At high inventory levels incurred by companies fixed cost for each additional unit of inventory. Possession of inventory on hand may be necessary for the company due to preserve their source of supply. Warehousing is one of the most important parts of the entire logistics system. Warehousing is a link between manufacturers and customers, it provides storage for many products (e.g. raw materials, parts, semi-finished products, components and finished products).
