Abstract

The hotel industry currently needs to revise its financial components, namely the costs in various areas of its operations from salaries to the deployment of automatic and robotics technologies. The logistics approach, in turn, initially carries several components — it is the computerization of most operational processes and the use of qualified personnel as the main resource of the organization. In addition, despite the fact that the hotel industry mainly sells services, and logistics optimizes the management of material flows, it is using of logistics rules, as well as the separation and further integration of business processes from the position of highlighting the functional areas of logistics in the hotel that will considerably increase its financial performance. In this article, procurement, distribution, information and storehouse logistics for the development of the financial potential of a hotel enterprise will be considered.
