Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical features and related influencing factors of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Method s The clinical data of 156 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into observation group (refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, 80 cases) and control group (common mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, 76 cases). The related factors such as age, living environment, pleural effusion, and bacterial or viral infection were recorded and analyzed in detail. The related factors of the disease were analyzed. Result s In 80 cases of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia of this study, the incidence was higher in spring and summer (32.50%, 26.25%). The rate of age ≥3 years old, poor living environment, pleural effusions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 1, P<0.05). Conclusion Age, poor living environment, and pleural effusions are all the related influencing factors of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, intervention measures should be formulated according to its related influencing factors to prevent the occurrence of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
