Local Problem Solving Living Lab Resident Participation Experience Qualitative case study

Abstract

본 연구는 완주군 지역문제해결을 위한 리빙랩 지원사업에 참여한 주민들이 어떤 경험을 하였는지 살펴보고, 그 경험의 본질을 심층적으로 이해하는데 있다. 연구방법은 질적 사례연구로 연구대상자는 리빙랩을 수행한 지역주민 중 참여 의사를 밝힌 9명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 하였다. 연구결과는 Amedeo Giorgi의 현상학적 분석 방법을 활용하여 9명의 연구참여자의 인터뷰 내용을 의미단위, 범주, 주제 순으로 범주화하여 정리한 결과 경험에서 드러나는 95개의 단어를 찾았고, 이에 따른 의미단어를 정리하여 하위요소인 22개로 표현하였다. 마지막으로 하위요소들을 같은 의미끼리 묶어서 14개의 주제로 분류, 그 주제를 다시 범주화하여 6개의 주제를 끌어낼 수 있었다. 이를 통해 6개의 본질적 주제와 14개의 드러난 주제가 도출되었다. 6개의 본질적 주제는 ‘개선을 위한 용기있는 선택’, ‘생소한 리빙랩 극복하기’, ‘교육을 통해 바로 알게 된 리빙랩’, ‘좌충우돌 리빙랩 활동 현장’, ‘실패을 통해 얻은 교훈’, ‘도전을 통한 배움의 의미실현’으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지역문제를 해결하기 위해 자발적으로 참여한 지역주민들이 생활실험인 리빙랩을 수행한 경험을 이해함으로써 현장에서 지역주민들의 상향식(bottom-up)방식 참여가 주는 의미가 리빙랩 운영의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.This study examines the experiences of the residents who participated in the Living Lab support project to solve local problems in Wanju-gun, and understands the essence of the experience in depth. The research method was a qualitative case study, and in-depth interviews were conducted with 9 people who expressed their intention to participate among the local residents who performed the living lab. The research results were analyzed through Amedeo Giorgi's phenomenological method. Through this, 6 essential themes and 14 revealed themes were derived. The six essential themes are 'Courageful Choice for Improvement', 'Overcoming Unfamiliar Living Lab', 'Living Lab that I learned properly through education', 'Learnings from Living Lab', 'Learnings from Experiment', 'Learning Lab' Meaning realization through challenge.” This study understands the experiences of local residents who voluntarily participated in solving local problems in the Living Lab method, which is a life experiment. It can be used as basic data.
