Abstract
A lattice Hamiltonian is constructed by means of the factorization technique for the L-operator developed by Faddeev and Tirkkonen. It is shown that the continuum limit of this Hamiltonian leads to equations of motion of the Liouville model. Bibliography: 5 titles.
