Abstract
Ultimate bearing capacity of plain and reinforced concrete pavements is estimated on basis of rigid-plastic slab on elastic subgrade for various loading and boundary conditions in absence of warping effects; results are compared with field observations on concrete airport pavements and some model loading tests.
