Abstract

ABSTRACTThis alternative event combines a virtual reality (VR) demonstration and interactive discussion to brainstorm access and preservation strategies for individual VR creators. A specific challenge to address will be how to build these considerations into the creative process rather than after the work has been completed. The Lithium Hindsight 360 medical humanities narrative will be used as the demo to raise additional questions about ethics that may not normally be present in a new media artwork.
