Abstract

Twenty-seven species of the family Linyphiidae are described from forests in Southeast Asia; 26 of these species are new to science. The following 11 genera are described as new; Prosoponoides, Kenocymbium, Ketambea, Plectembolus, Ambengana, Plicatiductus, Dumoga, Dendronetria, Phyllarachne, Locketiella and Caenonentria. The biogeographical relationships of the species described are briefly discussed.
