Abstract
Objective To discuss the feasibility,efficiency and safety of application of micro-traumatic hematoma eleaning operation combined with urokinase infusion in patients with hypertensiVP intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 30 patients with hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage were selected,all received micro-traumatic hematoma cleaning operation combined with urokinase infusion treatment,and we evaluated the clinical effect by CT images and ADL scores.Results All hematomas were removed in shori time (4-10 days),and the average time was 7.6 days.26 patients (85qo) survived and 4 patients (15%) dead.with less complication.The ADL score showed that most patients had good prognosis.Conclusion Micro-traumatic hematoma cleaning operation combined with urokinase infusion is a simple,effective,and safe method in treatint the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
