Abstract

The article analyzes the linguistic nature and national-cognitive features of media texts for children in the Kazakh language. the purpose of the study is to identify the linguocognitive nature of media culture for children. The relevance of the study is manifested in the consideration of media culture for children in the linguocognitive aspect according to the anthropogenic paradigm. In the course of the study, methods of generalization, cognitive analysis, and interpretation of materials were used. The article defines the features and linguistic nature of media texts, analyzes the cognitive function of media libraries for children. In conclusion, the author concludes that the study of the cognitive function of the language of TV programs determines the expression of national knowledge in the language of teletext, the verbalization of the Kazakh people’s ideas about the worldview and lifestyle, the world through the national language. The results of the study can be used in research in the fields of «Cognitive linguistics», «Мedia linguistics».
