Abstract

The linear photogalvanic effect has been investigated in p-GaAs in the temperature range from 78 K to 600 K and for acceptor concentrations between 5×1015 cm-3 and 1 × 1019 cm-3. The experimental data are discussed in terms of the microscopic theory of photogalvanic effects in crystals without a center of symmetry.
