Limb body wall complex: Case report and review of literature

Abstract

Limb body wall complex (LBWC) is a rare and fatal polymalformative syndrome in which a large abdominal wall and limb defects are major features. There are few cases in the literature and our case is perhaps the first reported case in Nigeria. Early and correct prenatal diagnosis is necessary to ensure appropriate management.
