Abstract

The light scattering method has been used to investigate the process of formation of the microheterogeneous structure of dense network polymers based on oligoester acrylates. The character of the change in the intensity of light scatter and the mean size of the scattering centres in the course of radically initiated polymerization of TGM-3 allows one to consider most reliable the following evolution of the structure of the reaction medium: oligomer→polymer solution in the oligomer→gel with polymer coils in the nodes of the spatial network→gel with heterogeneous polymer grains in the nodes of the same network→microheterogeneous polymer.
