Abstract
It is argued that light-cone dominance ideas are compatible with canonical scaling in the process ${e}^{\ensuremath{-}}{e}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\mathrm{hadrons}+\mathrm{anything}$ and a logarithmic increase in hadronic multiplicity.
