Abstract
In the paper, the steady-state steering dynamics model of the cars is firstly established. Then, three degree of freedom model of double row angle contact ball bearing is established. Based on the mathematical model and load spectrum, wheel hub bearing unit service life is calculated and estimated. The analysis results of the service life influencing factors have an important guiding significance for the design and use of hub bearing unit.
