Abstract
Some observations made by one of us (K. J. P.) of the doses received by four radiologists during investigations such as arteriography, angiography and neuroradiography indicated that the average ratio of the dose recorded on a monitoring film worn on the collar to that on a film worn on the trunk under a lead rubber apron was approximately 10:1.
