Abstract

Abstract Fractures of the lesser tuberosity (LT) in combination with scapular spine fractures have a rare presentation, typically resulting from high-energy trauma. In this case study, we present a 37-year-old active male who approached us with complaints of a left shoulder injury. Upon diagnosis, he was found to have fractures of the LT and the scapular spine on the ipsilateral side. We discuss the mode of trauma, diagnostic principles, and various management options for this fracture. Additionally, we provide valuable guidance to surgeons for managing similar injuries.
