Legal support of the application of digital technologies in the conditions of the transformation of society

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of legal aspects of the process of digital transformation in Ukraine. The concept of legal protection in the context of digital technologies and digital transformation in Ukraine as a state and legal process is defined. The types and range of documents constituting legal support for digital transformation in Ukraine are outlined. Issues of digital technologies that affect not only the law, but are directly reflected in the rule-making and lawenforcement processes are considered.It was determined that modern legal studies of the legal provision of the use of digital technologies in the conditions of the transformation of society are often determined by unsystematic and superficiality. The rules of the game in today's technological world are not set by lawyers, as they are forced to adapt to economic laws. On the one hand, this is natural, on the other hand, there is a significant lag behind research legal entities from the level of technological development, which does not allow lawyers to influence the ongoing processes. Together with the issue of legal protection of the use of digital technologies, it is appropriate to note that today in Ukraine, the number of digital services is expanding every day, but opportunities to use them arenot available everywhere. It was established that the impact of the transformation is manifested in the conditions of the war in Ukraine and the world crisis, so the urgent issues of legal support of the strategic national priority directions of the development of the information society in Ukraine and digital transformation are raised. The need for effective regulation of legal relations regarding the management and application of digital technologies in the conditions of the transformation of society requires a clear solution to many practical and theoretical problems, as well as the creation of appropriate new legislation.
