Abstract

LEGALSUPPORTOFSPIRITUALANDMORALSECURITYOFTHERUSSIANFEDERATIONASTHEBASISOF NATIONALSECURITYOFRUSSIA This article discusses issues affecting such characteristics of the social and legal state as “spiritual and moral security.” The author gives a consistent assessment of the legal state of the phenomenon under consideration through the prism of such a concept as “spiritual value”, as well as its role in determining the necessary principles for ensuring national security. The author points out that at this stage of legal regulation, the legislative logic of the interpretation of these concepts is reduced to mentioning the existence of spiritual and moral traditions (principles, foundations) in some normative sources, however, in itself the legislative consolidation (mentioning) of the concept of “spiritual and moral value ”, including in those acts that directly affect the issues of national security, do not disclose its essence (content) in any way, which leaves room for an overly subjective interpretation of its meaning and, accordingly, use in the national policy of the state.
