Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the requirements of which must be observed by enterprises engaged in the disposal and incineration of organic waste, including biological waste.Taking into account the diverse requirements of the current legislation, enterprises engaged in these activities need to be guided by the requirements of veterinary legislation, environmental and sanitary-hygienic.It is also worth noting that in the Russian Federation there is practically no or very little infrastructure necessary for the full utilization of organic waste [1].
