Abstract

This article analyzes threats to the economic sovereignty of Russian Federation. We examine the most important threats: economic sanctions, anti-crisis measures, which are aimed at protecting Russian economic sovereignty. In this article we analyze the measures of the Bank of Russia to stabilize the situation in the financial market, anti-crisis measures, which are aimed at supporting Russian businesses: general supportive measures, conclusions of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, supportive measures for public interest entities, small and medium sized businesses, the tourism business, supportive measures for land lease, changes in foreign exchange legislation, and others. This article investigates the fundamentals of anti-sanction legislation of Russian Federation: laws and regulation in accordance with which the legal protection of economic sovereignty of the state is implemented. There has been an increase of implementation of sanctions and criminalization of them in accordance with the amendments to 2012 act “On Measures of Influence on People Involved in Violations of Fundamental Human Rights and Freedoms and the Rights and Freedoms of Russian Citizens”.
