Abstract
This article discusses the different faces of the phenomenon of casualization of labour in Nigeria and the struggle of the workers towards a dignified realization of their labour rights. A comparative review of other jurisdictions is made to give more insights into the problem, and a number of suggestions are made on how the workers in Nigeria can be afforded better labour conditions in order to enjoy their labour rights.
