Abstract

The article discusses the concept of legal personality of business partnerships and companies. The evolution of the concept of legal personality is reflected. The differences between business partnerships and business companies from the point of view of the organizational component are described. The features of the relations arising between the participants of the relationship, their rights and obligations are shown. Conclusions are drawn about the subject application of the concept of legal personality of a legal entity in modern legal literature.
