Abstract

This book is the first Georgian handbook in the field of non-contractual obligations. It includes all norms and institutions related to non-contractual obligations: shared rights, Doing someone else's business without a mandate, conditions and torts. These institutions are analyzed both from the point of view of theoretical foundations and from the point of view of practical nuances. The textbook is based, on the one hand, on all the remarkable works in the Georgian language, and on the other, on the judicial practice of Georgia. What has not been analyzed in the Georgian language is discussed in the textbook with the help of foreign works. One of the most important advantages of this book is that it is loaded with examples, most of which are based on real cases of Georgian jurisprudence. At the same time, it is noteworthy that the handbook, in addition to the Georgian realities, combines international experience and achievements, which further emphasizes the importance of the textbook.
