Legal governance countermeasures for social problems based on the clustering algorithm under the application of big data technology

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose is to improve the security of the application of big data technology and ensure the stable development of society in the context of big data. Firstly, big data technology and its development are discussed. Secondly, the social problems caused by big data technology are analysed. Finally, the governance principles and legal governance methods are proposed based on the social problems caused by big data technology. The research results manifest that the social problems caused by the application of big data technology basically include psychological invasion, privacy leakage, the digital divide etc. These problems have caused great harm to society and the public. Through these problems, the basic governance principles and legal governance methods of social problems under the application of big data are designed, which basically include the principles of people‐oriented, fairness and justice, openness and transparency, participation and sharing, respect and protection, and accountability. And the basic connotation and characteristics of legal means are discussed, thereby improving the basic function of legal means of governance. This research not only provides basic concepts and standards for the development and application of big data technology but also contributes to safeguarding public interests and promoting social stability.
