Abstract
The article represents a new, self-contained study in Romania and Republic of Moldova on their history of the audiovisual field, audiovisual policy in the two countries and Media services. Currently, in the context of the new regulation of Audiovisual Media services, I took into consideration how they are implemented these in the sphere of current social realities. In the material presented below, we will investigate two important aspects regarding the ways of implementing the legal framework in audiovisual: the legal aspect and the economic one. The comparative analysis between the two states on the banks of the Prut river will allow us to identify the similarities and differences between the activity of the audiovisual institutions in the two countries.
