Abstract

The article examines the normative legal acts regulating public relations in the fi eld of healthcare and constituting the legal basis of prosecutorial supervision in the fi eld under consideration. Practical examples of the prosecutor’s response to the protection of citizens’ rights to health protection and the right to work are considered. The reports of the Prosecutor General on the state of law and order over the past three years regarding the health care system have been studied.
