Objective: This research aims to explore the implications of blockchain technology, focusing on its various forms of social implementation and its impact on security and trust in public blockchains. Theoretical Framework: The study examines the legal regulation of digital technologies in the context of the digital age, considering the balance between public and private interests, and the benefits and risks associated with blockchain technology. Method: The research employs qualitative analysis, reviewing literature on blockchain technology, digital regulations, and trends in the global blockchain market. Results and Discussion: The findings emphasize the security and trust provided by public blockchains due to their openness and consensus mechanisms, highlighting their significance in e-commerce and the broader digital landscape.
