Abstract

A 67-year-old man presented to Dermatology with a 3-week history of bilateral thin erosions on his medial thighs. He said that he was vacationing in Florida when he first noticed that his thighs were mildly itchy. He applied a topical therapy that he had from a previous bout of eczema but that only made things worse. The patient had a history of Grover disease, cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas, and multiple actinic keratoses. What’s your diagnosis?
