Abstract

The current article studies the training motivation among cadets from the Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, Varna studying in the professional field of Military Doctor. It also includes the reasons, stimuli, and demotivating factors, which most strongly influence this motivation. The study also outlines applicable perspectives for optimization of the mechanisms for motivation, valid in the training in the military medical profession, with the aim of increasing the quality of the preparation of these cadres.
