Abstract
In this paper, two leak calibration methods, the comparison method of measurement and the direct method of measurement, are described. Using the low-range gas flow standard apparatus, the reference leaks from 1 × 10 −5 to 23 PaL/s can be calibrated with an uncertainty of less than 2%.
