Abstract
Senior leaders who have or are considering undertaking the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement's leadership qualities framework 360-degree review process may be interested in its recent evaluation. The process is designed to identify individuals' development needs in line with NHS leadership qualities, and the evaluation shows that it can increase awareness of how others perceive individuals' behaviour in the workplace, bringing positive changes.
