Abstract

This research addresses leadership, job satisfaction, and employee performance, making it highly relevant in the study of public administration. The research is designed using a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of all employees in the Department of Transportation in Palu City, totaling 86 respondents. The research sample is selected using a census sampling technique, where the entire population is included in the study. Data analysis for this research employs descriptive statistics. The results of the study indicate that servant leadership has a significant influence on performance and demonstrates a strong relationship between these two variables. This influence suggests that servant leadership is crucial in enhancing the performance of employees in the Department of Transportation in Palu City. Moreover, the relationship between servant leadership and performance indicates a mutual dependency, showcasing a reciprocal relationship between the two
